Prices, Shipping & Delivery

All products on the website are priced on the assumption that cleared payment is made prior to dispatch via credit / debit cards, Paypal or Direct bank transfer.

All other orders processed and delivered, where payments are received in arrears, i.e. credit accounts via official purchase orders etc, will attract a 5% surcharge.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched on a next day delivery service to a UK addresses.

Please note: It may not always be possible to send a machine out on a next day service but we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise of the estimated delivery date. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Privacy & Security

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Returns & Replacements

We do not refund or exchange any opened or used ingredients, consumables and accessories. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty we will accept them up to 3 days after you have received the goods. The received time starts from the date you signed for the goods with the carrier. (A customer signature is recorded by our courier for evidence).

The goods must be unused and unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition and have not been used.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling, re-stocking and refunding fee. The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non-faulty goods will be downt to the customer.

If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.

Warranty

We supply a range equipment with boxed delivery to your site. If you require an engineer to connect the machine to your prepared power and water facilities you can purchase it here to go with your machine.  Please be aware the engineer will connect the machine to your power and water supply within a meter of the machines location - he will not route power and water from other locations to where you want the machine. Electrical and Plumbing work should be completed and ready for when the engineer comes to the machine - if the required facilities are not in place prior to the engineers arrival then a recall fee will be chargeable for the engineer to come back once you have them in place. Always double check the requirements for the machine you are buying, in most cases it will need a 13amp socket and cold water feed with isolation tap terminating at 3/4inch BSP fitting (washing machine type screw fitting). High wattage machines will require a 20amp supply with cooker on/off switch within a meter. Also ensure you purchase a limescale water filter to go with your machine, the warranty will be invalidated if the machine is found to have limescale issues in the boiler or valve
