Happy New Year!
As the New Year comes around every year, everyone manically tries to think of their New Years’ resolutions. But let’s be honest, how many people actually stick to their resolution throughout the whole year? The simple answer - not many!
The best way to make sure you stick to your resolutions is to choose one that isn’t too ambitious. “I’m going to go to the gym every day” is a very common but unrealistic one. Instead of going from 0-100, why not choose a realistic resolution that can easily be kept; something like “I am going to have my 5-a-day every day”. Even with resolutions like this, it can be hard initially getting in the habit of it so taking it one step at a time is the easiest way to succeed.
This year at Coffee Seller, we have decided our New Years’ resolution is to be more eco-friendly. And we promise to stick to this one throughout the whole of 2020 and beyond!
Taking our own advice, we are starting off small, one step at a time so hopefully, by the time 2020 comes to an end we have slowly but surely completed our resolution!
Our first step: ditching disposable coffee cups and replacing with biodegradable, compostable cups!
